Services Permit and Application FeesPlease note, the permit and application fees listed are those currently charged by the Rural Planning District Commission. Fees are subject to change at any time. Building Permit A fee of $25.00 plus $5.00 per $1,000.00 of construction cost will be charged for all residential building permits. Development Permit A fee of $25.00 will be charged for all development permits. Rezoning Applications Please contact the Rural Planning District Commission for the rezoning application fee charged in your area, as each Rural Plan, Basic Planning Statement and Area Plan may prescribe a different fee. Fees may be paid by cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard or cheque. Please make all cheques payable to the Rural Planning District Commission.
